Recovering a MYTELUS account

How can I go about recovering my account if I no longer have access to the email and the account shows as locked? I have called the support number and I keep getting redirected to do steps through the MyTELUS app, but I cannot login because the account is locked and I can't unlock the account because I don't have access to that email anymore.
