lack of diligence on Telus
Yesterday I transferred my mother's account to my name. All went fine and I was to get emails with the new account info. The emails never came and now I am stuck not knowing my account info. And calling to speak to an agent is not working as the bot doesn't understand the problem. Worst customer service ever! If you want to get paid Telus, you need to contact me and figure this out
