Data charges every hour since 4pm Mar. 13 despite data not turned on my phone.
Every hour since 4:01pm on March 13 to the present I have been charged data. It always occurs every hour. 5:01pm, 6:01pm etc. I have not activated data on my phone for months. Background data has been turned off on apps. Would really like this refunded.

Even though you may have data turned off on the phone, some apps will bypass that switch. What phone do you have, and how much data are you seeing consumed?
