Was there an update?

I ask as that is when I usually see recurring problems.

My volume is at 100% and we are just hearing it. I went looking for the tuner which I previously found in settings but could not find it. I unpaired remote and that just lost connection to tuner until re paired. We are speaking of within last 36 hours.
