Video distorted on PVR playback of channel CHNU 9123 only
Sound is ok, only occurs on this channel when I record the Zoomer all other channels are ok

Gotcha. Have you tried rebooting your PVR and testing? If it's not occurring for any other channels, it's most likely not an issue with your equipment but best to check that first!
