Telus Agent Lied when selling

I received a call from Telus and sales agent suggested that I can buy an indoor camera and I accepted the offer, however after few day I received an outdoor camera.

I returned the outdoor camera and request the indoor camera but again I received the outdoor camera, when I called Telus Home customer service they told me I can't have the indoor camera.

If I cant have the indoor camera than why didn't the sales agent told me so. Now I have canceled the service and they are asking me to pay the cancelation fee for the 
service even that I didn't even used for one day.
