Subscribed to Telus Stream unable to login telus tv+

I just subscribed to Telus stream+ , I can log in on web to telus tv+, but on android box ( nvidia sheild plus ) the app telus tv+ si not allowing me to sign in with login/password says after 5 attempst locked out for 1 hour, I have already tried clearing cache, and reste pasword but still same issue.
