Optik TV box vs new Telus TV Box and Recordings
We have recordings on our Optik TV PVR box that we want to keep. If we switch to the new Telus TV box, it appears we would lose the old recordings that are over 90 days. Is it possible to have a combination of the two boxes - 1 Optik Box with our old recordings and 1 Telus Box with the cloud recordings? Or, are we forced into just using the Telus box and lose our old recordings?

Currently we do not support having equipment from both platforms.
OptikTV PVR, besides recordings local, what else does it do or not do, that makes you consider getting the new one?
Just looking at the new one because Telus is not going to support the old boxes starting in 2025.
