No audio on Amazon prime
I have audio on everything else including Netflix. I reset both the Telus box and the modem.

I didn’t know Netflix uses HDCP. You learn something every day. I’ll have to check all my hdmi cables for compatibility. Thank

Possibly try a different HDMI cable.
As I said, I’m getting audio on every other channel. Of course the hdmi cable is working

Not all HDMI cables are the same. Netflix uses HDCP (copy protection) and depending on the version of your HDMI cable there may be issues.
