New install, don't want the Wifi hardware..
Hi, I've just moved over from Shaw after being there 25+ years and have been happy with my new Telus fibre install over the last couple months.
My only issue is I have limited storage space and already have all my own network/wifi infrastructure setup in my apartment, so I don't need this BOOST2-TCH Wifi 6 WAP the tech left and I really don't want to store it for 5, 10, 15 years.
I'm trying to avoid sitting on hold for 3 hours for customer service .. how do I return this hardware to Telus and get a note on my account so I'm not billed for it in the future.
