my telus account says i pay for optik tv
hi there, i looked at my telus account today for the first time, and it says i have optik tv included in my plan and that i pay for it, but i have never known about this, nor have i ever received a optik tv box from telus, this really confuses me.

Definitely odd, especially as you said you never have subscribed to Optik TV. Since you also say that you're paying for it but have no knowledge of it, we can investigate. Send us a private message and we'll take a look.
