Internet installation no showing
I made an appointment of internet installation 9:00am - 11:00am, 27 Dec, 2024.
However, none has showed up and neither contacted me.
Where can I ask about this?

Sometimes our technicians may fall behind schedule if an installation/repair is taking longer than anticipated. Did they arrive to install your service?
