My home enternet bill is too high last month

    Look at your latest bill and the previous ones where the cost was lower. See if you can figure out what changed. Did your contract expire and the discounts drop off? Did you make a change to your service in the last month / billing period? If you don't have unlimited data, did you go over your cap and get charged for the additional data? Ultimately, you'll need to speak with Telus directly as only they have access to your account.
