Disconnected
Today I called to move my services for 1 week from now. The agent said this is not a problem and I'll basically be able to plug in my modem and go for it. Well, they shut off internet for my current address immediately. After spending an hour on the phone I have been informed (after escalating departments), this could take 24+ hrs to restore my internet. It gets shut off in one minute. It takes 10 minutes to sign up a new account. It takes 24+ hrs to restore from a mistake they made!!!? How?

Very sorry for the miscommunication. It can take up to 24 hours but definitely shouldn't take that entire time. Is your internet service back or is it still down?
