Dangerous Driving

White pickup (not very well branded) Telus vehicle #78 in Calgary, Alberta, was distracted driving in a dangerous fashion this morning while going northbound on Blackfoot Trail SE from Southland Drive to Heritage Drive.  He was swerving within his lane (middle lane) back and forth while I was behind him despite him going slower than the flow of traffic (wasn't speeding or anything, just swerving), and when I pulled up to next to/past him at a red light at 85th Avenue SE (I changed into the right lane to get where I was going) he was staring down at his lap with a big grin on his face.  I presume he was watching someone he found amusing on his cell phone or other device, and completely oblivious to anything going on.  I made no attempt to interact with him, but as I drove on past Heritage I saw in my driver's rear view mirror that he almost swerved into another truck while he was attempting to take a left (west bound) on Heritage Drive.  This would have been around sometime around 8:30 AM local time.

I'm hoping someone from Telus can speak with this driver about distracted driving not only being illegal, but highly dangerous.
