Damage during Pure Fibre Cable installation in Calgary
The crew installing the new pure fibre cable in SW Calgary damaged my driveway with the horizontal drilling process. Two large cracks are in line with drill holes and also on my neighbours.

Personally, I’d reach out to TELUS themselves. From everything that I have read and seen online, the moto seems to be that they will remediate all hard and soft surfaces around your property to "your" satisfaction… As well I'd document this whole thing with pictures, and make sure you have contemporaneous notes to backup all your dealings with Telus just in case. So, I’d stay on them until your satisfied with the outcome. Hope that happens soon for you… Cheers...
