Boost 6E Mini
The light on my Boost 6E Mini suddenly gone, I guess it died? My home internet has deadzone since it is not working, what can I do now? Tried to call the CS but the wait is forever, can I get a new one at the retail shop and have it installed by myself?

The Boost 6E Mini isn't available in-stores, unfortunately. Which router do you currently have? Would you be in a position to move it to another part of your home to see if that might help fill in the coverage gap?
