Arris 4K box freezes in any menu
I have tried the wireless digital box on 2 different TV’s and it only works with live TV. Anytime I go into the settings, try to set favourites or watch recordings, it freezes within 5-10 seconds.
I currently have this box in the next room where the wifi modem is located and no difference.

If power cycling your PVR doesn't do the trick (unplugging the power cord from the back of the PVR and reinserting it to let it resync to your system) then your best bet would be to reach out to our Tech Support team at 1-888-811-2323 and have them run tests through the network and/or look into dispatching a repair tech to your home.
