My vpn blocked by telus
Why is Telus blocking access to my account using von which Inhave been using for years with no issues. Telus itself sells von service, this is unethical practice. Thinking of switching. Any advice if Telus can resolve this issue.
We've actually contacted our security team regarding VPN access to our website/applications and we can confirm that you will need to disable your VPN in order to access them

Any update on this? Getting the same problem.
Using a ProtonVPN + NextDNS Wireguard config on iPhone 11. Can login to Bell no problem while connected to Wireguard. Telus app and website are blocked from logging in with Wireguard connected.
Just migrated mobile services over to Telus, did not expect this issue.

Can you elaborate more on what is happening? Which service is being blocked and what's the error message you're seeing?

What are you seeing when you try to log onto the site/app? If possible, can you share a screenshot?
We don't block VPN traffic to our site nor app (I'm on one myself) but there could be something happening with your VPN that is triggering our firewall to block that traffic.
