Error message linking WestJet Rewards to TELUS Rewards
I'm getting the error message "We regret to inform you that your WestJet Rewards account linking was unsuccessful. Please try again." when attempting to link my WestJet Rewards account to my TELUS Rewards accounts. Have tried starting the linking process from both the WestJet end and from the TELUS end, and have tried from multiple browsers all to no avail. I also can't find anything in FAQ or support articles that even reference WestJet Rewards yet. Unclear as to how to get help to resolve?
Cannot convert Telus rewards to WestJet Points
so I connected my WestJet account to my Telus rewards account a few weeks ago when I first got the email saying I could do this. However, ever since then, if I go to my Rewards Profile -> My Profile, and take my cursor over the Transfer To and Select Number of Points fields, all it shows is a red circle with a line through it, and it won't let me interact with either of these two fields. I have more than enough Telus reward points to be able to convert some, but it appears either this functionality is broken or is not actually live yet. Anyone else have this issue/have a resolution from Telus about it?
Problem with Linking the Telus Rewards Account with the WestJet Rewards Account
I followed the 6-step procedure, and at the end, your software did not send the verification code to my mobile number. Steps: 1. On MY TELUS, I select the Rewards Profile, which directs me to my rewards page. 2. On my rewards page, there is info about the benefits of linking the Telus Reward with WestJet Rewards. The info provides the link to activate this option. 3. The link (from step 2) is directing you to another link: Link to your WestJet Account 4. Click the Link from step 3, and this activates the Privacy information, which you have to read and agree to. 5. After agreeing to the privacy policy, you click on Link Account, which opens another page directing you to verify your Telus account by verification code sent to your cell phone. 6. You click on Text My Number but the verification code never arrives. I tried this several times with no success. Does anybody have a solution for this problem?
Rewards - Virtual TELUS Prepaid Mastercard
Does anyone know for certain if this "Virtual" prepaid Mastercard can be used online and in-store at locations that are NOT Telus? The terms and conditions wording that you have to acknowledge states "....including Telus..." which to me infers that it is not exclusively Telus that it can be used at. Note that I'm referring to the reward card that includes "Virtual" in the name. The other Telus reward prepaid Mastercard offerings clearly state that they can only be used to purchase from Telus online and stores and nowhere else.
Issue with Telus Rewards (Oura Ring Offer)
Hi all, I am having trouble claiming the Oura ring offer. Although it states 50% off Oura ring, when I go to claim the offer, I am given $40 off, which is quite a big difference compared to 50%. I’ve been searching for over an hour for who to contact to find more information, but I keep coming up empty-handed. Any help is appreciated.
