Just checked Telus outage site.Guess what's still down? Impacted services Home Phone 911 Landline Like I said ,always last on list.So much for CRTC rules.

PS A shorter version of my long winded reply would have been. I am pretty sure the last thing "returned to service" during the previous two outages was the copper line phone.
