TELUS Neighbourhood

This is where I’m at as well.  So many phone calls that just fall on deaf ears.  They’ve got our money and apparently that’s enough for them. 

I can’t think of a single update that didn’t somehow make them more money.  Lots of added channels that you have to subscribe to but no LONG desired features. 

Shaw blue curve is miles ahead of this half baked system.  I wish I never switched. 

I have made the exact same comparison as being a beta tester in my many calls in to leave feedback that will inevitably be ignored. 

Agreed. I was a Telus fan for so long but now I’m advising all to stay away. It’s super frustrating because I couldn’t wait to get back to Telus and now I regret it.Did you know they removed the ability to set recordings from your phone on the legacy...
