Every single day, sometimes multiple times through the day, I have to hard reboot the entire system as the speed gets throttled down... slow enough to cause conference call issues. Their auto-fix method makes no difference. What have others done?
The flatish white telus router. Not a cable issue as the entire system tracks and there are multiple (5) cat6 cables coming from it to various places in the house. Plus, speed is fine for a few hours, then craters.
And every time you do call them, it takes 20 minutes to be verified. Then they transfer you to another person and you strat the process again. And the Chat bot is completely useless. Ask a question? No. Don't even bother trying. And if you don't have...
