Pay for 500Mb but get 50-80... daily reboot
Every single day, sometimes multiple times through the day, I have to hard reboot the entire system as the speed gets throttled down... slow enough to cause conference call issues. And every time you do call them, it takes 20 minutes to be verified. Then they transfer you to another person and you strat the process again. And the Chat bot is completely useless. Ask a question? No. Don't even bother trying. And if you don't have a question, but have an issue, you are stuck. Ask for an agent, it asks you again for a question. In th epast week they have called me a half a dozen times asking me if I am happy with their service. I say "no" and they ask me to explain why.
