Have not figured it out. This is certainly a backend problem, not on our end, it is impossible that mobile or web are not allowing to manage your channels/theme packs. As others mentioned, I have given up on this, I do not have the time or the patience to be minimum an hour over the phone with a guy that is sitting in Costa Rica and has no idea about what is happening, we need backend support, not regular support, but how do you get to backend support? Hi buttercup, tried this already, as a software engineer I have more than one browser LOL 😄 Tried on Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera. None of them worked. The mobile app doesn't work either, it is a bit annoying to say the least.6.4KViews0likes0CommentsRe: TELUS 4K Content
Did that buckycat but it didn't work. TELUS has made a complete mess with my account after I moved, the day I moved I kept seeing my previous address in my telus app and all the consumption on the new tenant services. So, Telus raised a ticket to delete that address from my profile, the day that happened, all my theme packs were swapped to something I used to have way before, then my recordings became unplayable (6 years of recordings). And now 2 days ago I lost access to all the 4K channels that were supposed to be basic. I have spent countless hours over the phone and no one has helped. TELUS support lines are so subcontracted that people has limited access to tools or even the backbone support, so, it has been a total waste of my time. Hello all, Has anyone ever experienced this situation? After a tech support "specialist" performed remotely some kind of linking of my 6-year PVR (which should be attached to my account as a 6 years customer) MyTelus web or app does not allow me to manage my channels or theme packs. The button disappeared completely after he performed the "LINK". Now, I'm not able to manage channels in any device, or any other network, no cache or cookies or anything worked out so far. I have spent countless hours over the phone and everything has been a waste of time. Has anyone experienced this?? Hello all, Everything was working as expected after moving our services to our new place. I carried the equipment with me and had no issues with my 4K PVR (UIW8001). One day Telus removed my old address from my account profile, as I was still seeing the address and the services consumed at that address by the new tenants on MyTelus website and app. Once the deletion took place my recordings (some from 6 years ago..documentaries from BBC) became inaccessible, the message that shows up when the 4K PVR reboots is the following: Is there any way to restore my 6-year recordings, or is this a lost cause? So, what is the state of TElus 4K content at this point. Asking this because a week ago I had access to Travel XP 4K, Love and Nature 4K, NASA 4K, Revel and Inultra, and today July 14th I have zero access to these channels. Hello all, I'm using the 4K PVR, not the cloud one, it is the same device I have had for the past 6 years, and for some reason, I'm losing access to these channels.
