I thought I could get the 5G+ icon to appear on my iPhone 12 mini by switching to the physical 5G SIM (I was using a super old SIM up until today). My plan includes 5G+ speeds (up to 2Gbps). This error message just started today for me. The pannel shows that it is connected to my home WiFi and nothing changes when I try and re-connect to WiFi. I ran a test of my router and it checks out. Also ran a WiFi connection test of the Qolsys panel and it came back okay. I will call tech support later this week. Hi. I have Telus mobile phone and home security. Two seperate accounts. I have both these accounts listed within My Telus. My mobile bill only has mobile info and costs - nothing about home security. I have "online bill enabled" on my home security account but no online bill is showing up in my email mailbox. Email is correct - nothing in spam folder. I am signed up for paperless billing on both mobile and home security. Mobile bill comes via email every month. For some reason my home security bill never arrives. I have double checked the email on file and it is correct. I even tried to add my mobile number to receive a text alert but all I get is "sorry, something went wrong on our end.
