My doorbell captures a video, open the app using my phone connected to Telus 5G network, choose video to view, spinning, spinning, spinning. Over 2 minutes and no video to view. If I connect with WiFi it's a far faster response time. What's missing from the App that cannot connect via Telus 5G network? I'm not always able to connect via WiFi so the whole security thing becomes a major issue on mobile networks. Everything else on my phone is just fine but not your App, last updated Feb 2024. What we did was transfer my Telus mobility account to my wife's account. We now are a family plan sharing the data on both mobility numbers and getting a family plan discount. We did via phone but I'm sure you can do it at a Telus store. Just got off the phone with Home Security Support and couldn't get past "the issue is your Network provider, please call them. ". I had to remind the agent more than once I can be sitting in my living room and have an excessive load time before the video would play. Away from home or at home, there's an issue with the app loading videos for playback through the app using my telus data network. Today it's not a problem, yesterday it was, last week it was a problem. Tomorrow?
