Cannot login to Telus optic TV app or to my Telus account. No matter how I try whether  through the app or online, I still get the same 403 forbidden error.  I change my password and have reset the modem with the same results
Have iPad and new Telus Optik app will not login.  Tried using my Telus credentials and just get the spinning wheel.  Won’t accept using account number either.  Why a new app for iPads?  The old one wasn’t that great but worked most of the time

Have lost the little preview screen top left of guide screen.  It’s either black or green, depending on the channel
A short while ago, we developed a dead zone on the same floor as our Wi-Fi modem.  TV works fine in that room.  It was always slow wifi there, but now nothing.  Have tried both iPhone and iPad.
