Every day at 11:15 AM I get an email saying the system has not been alarmed. This is after I have had a technician out to give me a new Hall sensor. I am unclear as to how to undo this setting. I did not get it before the technician was here 
I have rebooted the modem, and I have rebooted the PVR. We have other TVs, and none of them will show the programed recordings. They all say that the list is unavailable. When I try to record something new, it says the PVR is unavailable.
