Notification system not armed same time every day
I spoke too soon. I thought I had fixed the problem with the forum’s help.I did see where I could turn off the notification which automatically got put on when the technician was here. I turned it off and I see it is still turned off. However, it still gives me a notice every day at 11:15 that the system is not armed. I checked again just now and it is definitely not on. I have rebooted the modem, and I have rebooted the PVR. We have other TVs, and none of them will show the programed recordings. They all say that the list is unavailable. When I try to record something new, it says the PVR is unavailable.Solved4.8KViews0likes2CommentsRe: PVR programs sometimes
Have done these things before. Works for a while but I never know when the problem will resurface. Could be my internet too as Alexa cuts out and each echo dot has to be reset. Some of my programs will record properly. Some will record half the program, even though it looks as though it programmed the whole hour. Others look like they are programmed, but I get an unavailable message when I try to play them back. Plugging and unplugging the PVR does nothing. I have a new iPad Pro. The Internet continually drops off. I contacted Telus and They checked my Internet connection and said there’s nothing wrong with my modem etc. I contacted Apple and they sent me to an Apple store and they checked the iPad Pro out and there’s nothing wrong with it either. Because I have it divided into 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz, they suggested that I forget the 5 GHz. I have done this. Still drops the Internet. Now I have no recourse as I have tried everything. I have reset the network on my iPad and turned it off and on several times. At times, it is extremely hard to even get back onto the Internet.
