System not armed every day

Every day at 11:15 AM I get an email saying the system has not been alarmed. This is after I have had a technician out to give me a new Hall sensor. I am unclear as to how to undo this setting. I did not get it before the technician was here

Verify System Arming Schedule:

  • If your system is set to an automatic arming schedule, ensure that it’s correctly configured for your preferred times.
