After moving I can find no way to cancel services
I have moved to a new location and have tried to cancel my Telus services at the old location but I can find no way to do that. I have tried all the methods they recommend but none work. I tried to submit a support request but always get a generic message "We were unable to submit your form due to technical issues. Please try again." I have tried many times at different times of the day, still get the same message. There is no longer a live chat agent and so far I've been on the Telus support phone line for 3+ hours before giving up. I also cannot find any way to cancel unwanted service. I submit requests and I get a generic "We are experiencing technical issues, try again later". I've tried several times and different times of the day and it never works. Cannot get a live agent on the support chat and get stuck on hold for hours on the support phone line.
