After moving I can find no way to cancel services
I have moved to a new location and have tried to cancel my Telus services at the old location but I can find no way to do that. I have tried all the methods they recommend but none work. I tried to submit a support request but always get a generic message "We were unable to submit your form due to technical issues. Please try again." I have tried many times at different times of the day, still get the same message. There is no longer a live chat agent and so far I've been on the Telus support phone line for 3+ hours before giving up.
Has anyone found a way to break through all of these barriers and cancel their services?
