I subscribed to disney+ but it is the premium account and i don't need the premium account, but instead the next tier down. Online says to go on the mytelus app and go to the "subscriptions" tab, but for the life of me, I cannot find the subscription tab. My app is up to date. Anyone know how to find this?

When in the app, first make sure you've got your home services selected in the top left (if you've also got a mobility account, etc.) and then scroll down to the Optik TV section and tap on that. Scroll down until you see the Optik TV section where you should see two buttons, 'Manage your Optik TV' and 'Change your package' where you can make adjustments.
