My Favourite channels

why do I have to keep choosing my Favourites after turning off the TV , when I turn on the TV the guide is back to My Subscribed channels

Started with subscribed again. If this what was fixed in February cannot be fixed again I pity the future of Telus TV.

Here is another strange thing When I set to my favourites and us the guide to scroll up or down all is good If I use the channel up button it goes to a channel not in my favourites Example I have channel 101, 104 if I am on either of those channels & use the up down button it goes to channel 102. It never did that in the old system

LOL, oh, you thought it would stay on favorites.

Next you will tell us if you mute the sound the up/down arrow will mute it higher or lower.
