Hello!
I am a customer that has cell service provided by Telus.
Although my service is provided by Telus, I am connected to the network through a third party company and has been paying through them monthly. A few days ago, my account and number were terminated because of failure to pay on time. I have attempted to reach out to my third party service provider in an effort to reactivate my service and to keep my phone number, however, I am told that it is not possible.
I wonder is there any other ways that I could save my number?
