So we updated our home security through telus with the door camera and garage camera, the door camera stopped working not even 5 days in, my wife called and complained nobody came to fix but we continued to pay our bill. Last month I got a call from collections saying we owe them 1500 I thought it was scammers, we finally got through to telus and they said we canceled our service. How can we cancel our service and we are paying the bill monthly? They never gave no calls indicating something was wrong, the agent we talked to even said it didn't make sense. We are loyal customers now telus is saying we need to deal with collections with no proof we canceled. We need answers!
