Would anyone in this forum be able to help me fixing the following issue: Since yesterday, switching my TELUS Home Security system to "ARM AWAY" consistently activates the countdown which would result in triggering the ear-killing alarm sound. To stop-it, I have to switch the system back to "DISARMED" or "ARM STAY", either from my mobile phone or, returning inside to do it using the control panel. As a result of this malfunction, I can no longer use the ARM AWAY mode and have to place the system on ARM STAY when leaving my home. I intended to reach TELUS technical support by e-mail which seems intentionally impossible.
