Outside camera alarm bot triggered most of the time thus, it missed a lot of activities that should be recorded. Another thing outside camera was name as OUTDOOR since it was installed and now name was changed to BACKYARD. Security tech has 0 clue how and when it was changed. Telus security system is just an accessory. Guess the best way to waste your money. Poor quality of service and protection.

Kindly, please explain how reliable is Your security system? As I have mentioned in my previous post that my outside camera name on the system was changed to “backyard”. Yet, I did not change it. As per your representative, Whom I spoke over, the phone mentioned that they cannot tell me when and who change it as it is not showing in the system.

I had been calling your technical support to assist me with my backyard camera. Things will work (record, trigger) again but then will just randomly stop again. Pls see conversations with your teams on my record in your system.

Now, my living room camera does the same thing. It will not always detect motions or record it.

Please provide a long term solution. It is really draining to monitor every now and then if the cameras are working properly.
