Am I the only human on the planet that is experiencing no Live Video streaming on my PC? I can view on my tablet and phone tho.

Every time I hit "Live video" it should show my cameras and it did for awhile but then slowly it became harder to view as I would receive this message. I could go back to the side tree and select VIDEO and sometimes it would work, but it became worse over time and now VIDEO or LIVE VIDEO  show as "Oops...Something went wrong.
Don't worry your system is fine; it's just an internet thing"

I spoke with Telus support and they are miffed.

Does anyone else experience this? Please comment or help.

It’s unusual that you're experiencing issues specifically on your PC, while the video feed works fine on your tablet and phone. Let's go through a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:

  • Sometimes, cached data can cause issues with streaming. Try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser to ensure that outdated data isn’t affecting the connection.
  • You can also try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.

Check Browser Compatibility:

  • Ensure you're using a supported browser. Telus' live video streaming platform typically works best with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
  • If you’re using Internet Explorer or Safari, you may experience issues, as they are less supported for modern streaming applications.

Disable Browser Extensions:

  • Some browser extensions can interfere with video streaming. Disable any extensions that may be blocking video content (such as ad blockers or privacy tools).

Update Your PC’s Operating System and Browser:

  • Ensure your PC’s operating system and web browser are fully updated. Outdated software can cause compatibility issues with streaming platforms.

Check Internet Connection:

  • Since you're able to view video on other devices, the issue may be specific to your PC's connection. Try rebooting your router or switching to a different Wi-Fi network, if available.
  • You may also try connecting your PC via an Ethernet cable to rule out any wireless issues.

Test Different Devices:

  • If you haven't already, test the live video streaming on another PC or laptop to see if the issue is isolated to your current device.

Firewall/Security Software:

  • In some cases, firewall or security software on your PC can block streaming services. Try temporarily disabling any firewall or antivirus software to see if this resolves the issue.
