No live feed from doorbell camera to web portal

I can get a live feed from the app but not via the web portal.  I can, however, get the saved video clips there.  Also, my landline (which is from Bell) hasn't worked since the Telus installation.  Any idea why it would be disconnected?

Thank you. I have contacted the provider and they are looking into the problem now.

Thank you. It was indeed a loose cable that the technician had forgotten to put back in! I have reconnected it, and all is now well. 🙂
