Linked account not getting paid

I have Mobility and Home security linked in My Telus app and I have automatic payments set up.
So how come mobility gets paid through my credit card but Home Security does not?
Now Telus bill : Home Security & Safety is showing me in arrears. If this affects my perfect credit score I will be pissed. Your AI chatbot is horrible & useless.
***seriously frustrated with lack of customer service***

They each likely have their account numbers, so you'll need to set up pre-authorized payments for the security portion separately. The TELUS app does allow you to view all your services in one place, but that doesn't mean they share the same account number. Could you please double-check that?
