Our front door lock is set to auto lock. Some times it will lock but send a message that it is unlocked. I have stood there and watched it lock and get a message it is unlocked. Then it tried to lock once , didn't lock beeped 3 times, stopped and sent a message. Left the door unlocked. The message went to my email,which I do not check every hour. So my door could be unlocked all night. Just now it was trying to lock and would not move the dead bolt. It kept trying to lock iwithout stopping or sending a message.
Anybody else had this problem. Trying to get anything but a computer answered call is infuriating.
