Hello, I'm getting non-stop motion/video notifications from my doorbell. I have it set to doorbell push only, Mon-Fri, and "Do not send notifications that occur within: 45 minutes". If someone is standing on my door step, I'll get 20 notifications in 5 minutes. That includes motion even though it's not selected. This is really frustrating and I'm starting to regret switching to Telus security.
I agree this is frustrating, and I’m happy I’m not experiencing the same. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your doorbell, or reinstalling it in your desktop.
