One of my door sensors shows as not monitored. Per the knowledgebase, I can enable monitoring via the web portal but my web portal is different from the KB and doesn't have the option to enable/disable. How do I get it enabled? Why am I paying for monitoring if it's not being monitored?
Hmm, that's definitely odd that it's not letting you do that. In this case, your best bet would be to reach out to our SmartHome Security team directly at 1-855-255-8828 so they can get it done for you, and investigate as to why it's not letting you do it yourself!
