Door sensor not monitored
One of my door sensors shows as not monitored. Per the knowledgebase, I can enable monitoring via the web portal but my web portal is different from the KB and doesn't have the option to enable/disab...
Hmm, that's definitely odd that it's not letting you do that. In this case, your best bet would be to reach out to our SmartHome Security team directly. Send us a private message and we can get you connected!
