BEWARE OF TELUS SMARTHOME SECURITY

I've been having issues beyond issues with TELUS, so many that it is impossible for me to even list them in bullet points on this community forum.
For any TELUS customer: Trigger your system, make sure someone is listening. I'm paying for professional monitoring on a system that I am convinced is not monitored at all.
I've been in contact with technical support, cancellations (loyalty), escalations, and now TELUS Head Office in Vancouver.
Upon contacting head office in Vancouver, I spoke to David, Executive Customer Relations Manager, and things continued to get worse. I've fought with Tech Support, I told him that. His response was that it will be reviewed again by their technical staff, and then he begin to give details on another customers account. This customer is a family member who has since contacted TELUS and cancelled their services due to the breach of privacy.
As a mobility customer (for, I'm guessing off the top of my head, atleast 5 years) with TELUS, my services were great. Once I added the Smarthome Security, TELUS became a company that I can no longer have any trust in their practices, policies, and privacy.
