24/7 support does not exist

Trying to get my account number and there is no one on the 24/7 support number. Call back won't be for 11 hrs. Yet I get sales calls constantly. 

I received nothing with my account number. No shipping notifications and nothing in my welcome email. I can't set up to avoid a $100 charge without it. Extremely frustrated.

I waited until after 9am and spoke with support. Very helpful. Turns out the person that spent 30min setting me up didn't actually set anything up. 

The sales call people seem to be the issue. Had same problem with the internet service from Koodo. The actual employees in customer service are much better.

All set now. Support was very helpful. Sales person had not actually set up any of my info despite 30min on the phone. 

Call was initially asking what I wanted for my cell plan. I got the plan I wanted and despite telling her repeatedly I don't need security she said it was part of the cell plan. Basically all this so I can turn on my lights from my phone.
