Just Moved In

I have had TV issues for well over a month.  It glitches and pixelates constantly. I have called several times only with the same response, “let’s try a reboot”. After talking with someone from I’m not sure where, I think he decided that we should change the PVR box. I’m not sure if he really understood what I was saying and I didn't really know what he was saying either. Now, I have lost all my recording and it might be worse than before. I’ve tried to get a tech out to take a look. I’ve tried every way I can to contact TELUS, but I just can’t get anywhere. I’m so frustrated with this and either the people I’ve had to deal with. How do you get in contact with someone that can take my complaints? I DO NOT want to talk to someone who is 13 hours away in another country? How do I get out of this and how much will it cost? It’s time to move on
