This is the second time I’ve signed up for Netflix as part of my package but it won’t work.
Signed up end of august. Received the emails to pair. When I click the link it says activated.
My telus account shows Netflix is activated.
But when I sign into Netflix it says no account and try to get me to buy one. Same email address for everything.
I’ve tried talking to telus who says it’s a Netflix issue. And I’ve talked to Netflix multiple times who say I don’t have a subscription even with screen shots of my account and the emails I received.
Is there anything else I can do or should I just cancel it and forget it?
Previously I had a Netflix account with my mom and I was able to login and use it no problem.
