Hi folks. We know you're passionate about your favourite show(s) and rely on the VOD library to catch up on or re-watch your episodes. We recognize certain episodes may not be as ready as you are so we'd like to enlist your help in flagging them.
Should you notice a VOD title missing an episode, please start a post and tag me @dru, and I'll work with our content team and vendor to upload the missing show ASAP. Please include as much of the following info as possible so that we can expedite the process:
- Show name
- Season
- Episode number
- Date of airing
- Channel name
Please note, we do our best to upload episodes in a timely manner but where there are issues out of our control, we will still flag it to our partners and work towards uploading them ASAP.
