I was on hold for an hour , 2 times only to be disconnected both time

Very frustrated as I was on hold for 2 hours in total, only to get disconnected once my call went through 2 times!!

@TCamer  Ask for live agent and keep asking. Works for me they will give option for call back. Had to use it twice this year. Works
