Trying to connect my PC (streaming PGA Tour browser video) to my TV via Chromecast through my Optik TV box and only the top left of the screen is showing an image. It starts off fine with the logo/connecting screen, then when it connects only the top left quarter actually has an image. It is not picture in picture or shrunken, it just cuts off the other 3 quadrants and the top left is appropriately sized/normal resolution, just missing the rest of the screen. I've tried resetting the box, disconnecting/reconnecting the video I'm trying to play, and switching HDMI ports and cables. Any troubleshooting tips? Or is this a hardware issue?

Possibly check the TV settings for screen format or some such thing. My TV has settings for wide, normal, zoom and full. This affects how much of the screen is used to display the source content.
